Wide range of switched-interlocked sockets available from Ceenorm

CEENORM offers a wide range of switched-interlocked sockets – including RCD protected switched-interlocked sockets and even high-current solutions.

Switched and interlocked sockets incorporate a mechanical interlock mechanism which prevents the switch from being turned ‘on’ until the plug is fully inserted. The plug cannot then be removed until the switch is fully turned to the ‘off’ position. This safety mechanism prevents connection / disconnection under load.

Each Bals switched-interlocked socket incorporates a base mounted isolator for ease of cable termination coupled with both top and bottom threaded cable entry points.

Ceenorm offers quality switched-interlocked sockets which are built to last.

Our switched-interlocked sockets are either manufactured in Germany by Bals or manufactured in the UK by Ceenorm (RCD protected sockets) using Bals products. Ceenorm switched interlocked sockets offer exceptional build quality and durability, as they are manufactured from a tougher, longer-lasting polycarbonate material.

With the range including 16A, 32A and 63A and 125A, 110V, 230V and 400V, and 3-pin, 4-pin and 5-pin, we can offer a product to cater for most requirements.

The range includes RCD protected switched-interlocked sockets. All RCD protected switched interlocked sockets are fitted with a Type A 30MA RCD as standard.

Our 400V high-current switched-interlocked sockets are manufactured by Rauscher & Stoecklin, and include 200A, 250A, 400A, with 4-pin and 5-pin available.
