Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. While we endeavour to deliver within the times specified, any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but we endeavour to have them delivered within the next working day of the order (subject to stock). Made to Order products such are exempt, and the delivery time will depend upon project size.
Carriage paid is applicable to orders that have a value of £150.00 (net) or more. All orders under are subject to a £12.00 charge (Ireland exc).

RETURNS
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Here at CEENorm UK Ltd we strive to ensue you are 100% satisfied with your order, however in the unlikely situation where you do need to return an item please follow our procedure below. Upon receipt of your order, the items should be carefully checked.
You will need to contact CEENorm UK Ltd by telephone on +44 (0)1952 212700 to obtain a Returns Materials Authorisation (RMA) number. The return of items cannot be accepted without prior approval and must be accompanied by goods Return Authorisation number, which will be issued at the time of approval. This number must be quoted on all debit/credit notes relating to the return. If such consent is given, a handling charge will be made.
CEENorm UK Ltd will not accept responsibility for damage or loss during transit back to our premises.
Please note that the exception to our standard returns, would be any bespoke/special order items which cannot be returned.

CANCELLATIONS
It may be possible to cancel or amend your order. If you have contacted us before your order has been processed and dispatched we will do all we can to help amend or cancel your order. Please contact us immediately on +44 (0)1952 212700.
